In the Milan of the 1950s, Aldo Losa, with a wealth of experience in the sector, set up a company dedicated to coffee production. From then on, the Losa family embarked on a relentless adventure in search of the best coffee varieties from Brazil, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatemala and India.
‘Never be content’: this is the motto that guides the Losa family from generation to generation, fuelling a constant search for excellence. In the 1990s, Aldo’s legacy took shape in the Losa Café company, where Paolo Losa, the founder’s son, took the helm, overseeing every stage of the production process with meticulous care.
From the careful selection of the beans to expert blending, from careful grinding to impeccable moisture management, each step is executed with mastery, culminating in the preparation of a sublime coffee.

The roasting plant represents the beating soul of the company, where the secret blends, jealously guarded over time, are born. Crossing the threshold, you are enveloped in a sweet, heady aroma, the result of the experience, passion and talent of Aldo Losa, who gave life to these unique blends 60 years ago.
The balancing of the blends follows a traditional method handed down from generation to generation, the ‘separate roasting’, which involves different roasting times for each type of coffee. A meticulous process that guarantees a perfect balance in the final product: a rich and enveloping coffee, capable of conquering the most demanding palates.
Great attention is also paid to the packaging methods, designed to preserve the precious organoleptic qualities and integrity of the coffee. Every detail contributes to preserving the essence of Losa Café coffee, a sensory experience that celebrates tradition and innovation.
